Probably local NHK but not sure. Also my DVR sucks. Its a Panasonic and I love it, but unlike a TIVO, I can only record one program at a time. And also thanks to the Japanese TV recording rules, I have to use a CPRM disk, that after recorded can only be played on players that can read them. So far only my recorder and PS3 can play them I've found. So connecting to youtube would be hard. However, I can put my other vid on youtube now, I should do that sometime.
